Managing Partner
Philip founded Navigator Consulting Group in 1995. He is an experienced investment consultant who has advised on over € 8 billion in invested resources since starting his career. Philip has extensive experience in investments, including working with multilateral financial institutions such as the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and the European Investment Bank (EIB). Philip studied at Princeton University, Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations, and has completed Oxford University's Fintech Programme and the Venture Finance Programme.

Dr. Natalia Kardash is an entrepreneur, publisher, communications strategist and international business networker with more than two decades of experience connecting business leaders, investors and institutions across Cyprus and internationally. As Founder of the Successful Business Leaders' Club and Publisher & Editor-in-Chief of Vestnik Kipra newspaper and Successful Business magazine, she has built one of Cyprus' most influential business communities. Natalia leads Invest4Impact's communications, partnerships and stakeholder engagement activities, helping founders, investors and partner organisations build meaningful relationships and international opportunities.
Coordinator, Invest4Impact
Aina joined Navigator Consulting in 2023. She is responsible for Marketing and Operations management, and also provides project coordination services for Navigator's Invest4Impact and ART.Cy platforms as well as a management training programme developed in conjunction with the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce & Industry. Aina will coordinate training and development activities on behalf of participating startups and enterprises.
International Advisor
Janna Fortmann is an international strategy, enterprise development and sustainable finance expert with more than 35 years of experience advising governments, development finance institutions, commercial banks and private enterprises across Europe, Central Asia, the Middle East and Africa. She has led projects for organisations including the EBRD, World Bank, Asian Development Bank, European Investment Bank, KfW, GIZ, AFD and the Millennium Challenge Corporation, specialising in enterprise development, investment readiness, green finance, organisational transformation and stakeholder engagement.
