Aina Judyte is Training & Development Coordinator at Invest4Impact, where she is responsible for coordinating enterprise development programmes, executive education initiatives, conferences and strategic projects that support entrepreneurship, innovation and organisational growth.

 

Over the past several years, Aina has played a central role in the planning, coordination and delivery of Navigator Consulting's professional training programmes implemented in partnership with the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce & Industry (CCCI). Each year, she coordinates four executive development programmes focusing on digital transformation, artificial intelligence, enterprise strategy, innovation and organisational change, supporting approximately 60 business executives annually through programme administration, participant engagement, communications and operational management.

 

Aina also serves as Conference Coordinator of ART.Cy Conference & Exhibition, one of Cyprus' leading contemporary arts and cultural platforms. The annual event brings together artists, galleries, collectors, cultural institutions and sponsors while attracting more than 4,000 visitors each year. She is responsible for the operational planning and delivery of the event, including stakeholder coordination, exhibitor relations, logistics, communications, sponsorship support and delegate management. Through ART.Cy, she has contributed to strengthening collaboration across Cyprus' creative and cultural ecosystem while helping establish the event as a recognised platform for artistic exchange and cultural entrepreneurship.

 

Alongside her programme management responsibilities, Aina supports a range of strategic consulting and innovation initiatives undertaken by Navigator Consulting. Her work has included marketing, communications, research and operational support for technology startups, investment projects and enterprise development programmes, including the GR1T electric motorcycle venture and other innovation-focused initiatives.

 

Her professional expertise includes programme management, stakeholder engagement, digital communications, customer relationship management, content development, event coordination, market research, database management and operational planning. She has contributed to the development of websites, marketing campaigns, training materials and communication strategies for both commercial and non-profit initiatives, combining strong organisational skills with a practical understanding of enterprise development.

 

Originally from Lithuania and resident in Cyprus since 2012, Aina is fluent in Lithuanian and English, with advanced proficiency in Greek, enabling her to work effectively within international, multicultural and cross-sector environments.
