Natalia Kardash is an entrepreneur, publisher, communications strategist and internationally recognised business community leader with extensive experience building professional networks and promoting entrepreneurship, investment and international cooperation.
She is the Founder of the Successful Business Leaders' Club, a private business community that brings together senior executives, entrepreneurs, investors and decision-makers to encourage collaboration, knowledge sharing and new business opportunities. Through the Club and her extensive international network, Natalia has established strong relationships with thousands of business leaders, government officials and professionals across Cyprus and abroad.
Natalia is also the Publisher and Editor-in-Chief of Vestnik Kipra, Cyprus' leading Russian-language newspaper, and Successful Business magazine, publications that have become respected platforms for business news, investment, entrepreneurship and international dialogue.
She is the Founder and Chairwoman of several high-profile international events, including the BEST LEGAL Conference and the BEST INVEST Congress, bringing together experts, investors and business leaders from multiple countries.
Her professional expertise spans strategic communications, public relations, publishing, stakeholder engagement, conference management and international business development. Through VK Cyprus Group, she has played a leading role in connecting Cyprus' international business community with local enterprises and institutions, helping to strengthen the country's position as a regional business hub.
Natalia also serves as Vice-President of the Cyprus–Uzbekistan Business Association and is an active member of the Cyprus–Kazakhstan Business Association, supporting the development of trade, investment and business cooperation between Cyprus and Central Asia. She is currently expanding collaboration between her business network in Cyprus and partner organisations throughout Kazakhstan, creating new opportunities for entrepreneurs, investors and institutions in both regions.
