Established as a private initiative, Invest4Impact is built upon more than 30 years of international consulting, investment advisory and entrepreneurship experience. Since 1995, our team has advised hundreds of founders, startups, scale-ups and established enterprises in more than 35 countries, working across technology, manufacturing, life sciences, energy, financial services, digital transformation and other high-growth sectors.

Our experience extends beyond startups. We have advised governments, development banks, venture programmes and international institutions including the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), European Investment Bank (EIB), European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT), European Innovation Council (EIC) and the European Commission, helping design, evaluate and implement innovation, investment and enterprise development programmes throughout Europe and internationally.

Through this work, we recognised a consistent pattern.

​

Many startups focus almost exclusively on developing a Minimum Viable Product (MVP): the first version of a product capable of solving a genuine customer problem. While essential, experience has shown that successful enterprises require much more than a successful product.

​

They also require what we call a Minimum Viable Enterprise (MVE).

​

The MVE represents the organisational foundations needed to transform an innovative product into a sustainable business. It includes strategy, governance, finance, operations, commercialisation, talent, technology, partnerships and the management systems required to grow with confidence.

We have arrived at this conclusion from a simple and undeniable perspective: while many brilliant founders arrive at a brilliant idea and even prototype, most will fail because they are not ready to execute strategically. As a result, even large startup capital is not sufficient to guarantee success. 

​

This insight became the foundation of the Invest4Impact Growth Framework, a practical methodology that brings together four equally important dimensions of enterprise development:

• Create: Develop a compelling Minimum Viable Product (MVP).
   

• Build: Develop the Minimum Viable Enterprise (MVE) required to commercialise and scale.
   

• Fund: Build the financial and strategic foundations needed to attract investment and external funding.
   

• Lead: Develop the leadership, governance and execution capabilities required to sustain long-term growth.
   

Unlike many traditional accelerators, Invest4Impact is firmly practitioner-led. Our programmes are designed and delivered by entrepreneurs, investors, consultants and industry specialists who have built businesses, raised investment, delivered international consulting projects and supported innovation ecosystems across multiple countries.
