Omar Abukhlal is an international executive, entrepreneur and investment professional with more than twenty years of experience in Swiss private banking, wealth management and cross-border investment advisory. Throughout his career he has worked extensively with ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs), family offices and international investors, advising on capital allocation, investment structuring and long-term wealth management across Europe and emerging markets.

 

He is fluent in English, Czech, German, Italian and Arabic, and combines an international commercial perspective with deep expertise in relationship management and capital formation.

As Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of GR1T Motorcycles GmbH, Omar leads the company's corporate strategy, fundraising activities, investor engagement and international business development. He is responsible for building strategic partnerships, raising growth capital and positioning GR1T as an innovative European electric mobility company with global ambitions. His experience in investment strategy, banking and international markets plays a central role in the company's commercial expansion and long-term growth.

In addition, Omar is Co-Founder and Co-Chief Executive Officer of European Project Finance (EPF), a fintech company developing innovative lending solutions for the European Union-financed services sector. EPF combines structured project finance with advanced artificial intelligence to automate due diligence, Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, credit assessment and loan portfolio management, creating a scalable digital platform for financing innovation and business growth.

Alongside his entrepreneurial activities, Omar is an independent wealth manager at PrimeStone Partners AG in Zurich, advising international clients on strategic asset allocation, cross-border investment structures and Swiss banking solutions.

 

Earlier in his career he served as Vice President and Head of the Central & Eastern Europe segment at Banque Cantonale de Genève (BCGE), where he led business development, investment advisory and client relationship management across the region.
