Eight Weeks to Prepare Your Enterprise for Launch
The Invest4Impact Go-to-Market Accelerator is an intensive eight-week programme designed to help founder teams to map and prepare for every major aspect of their enterprise for commercial launch.
We understand that coordinating and preparing for a market launch can be daunting. Thousands of details, hundreds of decisions, large terms of staff, co-founders and vendors.
The Go-to-Market Accelerator takes a practical enterprise-wide approach to market launch. Participants develop the organisational capabilities, operational processes and launch plans needed to begin selling confidently and sustainably.
Built around the Minimum Viable Enterprise (MVE) philosophy, the programme recognises that successful market entry requires much more than a good product. It requires a business that is ready to deliver, support customers, generate revenue and manage growth.
Before the Programme Begins
The programme begins with an online orientation session where founder teams are introduced to the programme methodology, receive templates and reading materials, and review the objectives and expected outputs.
Each participating enterprise submits a short description of its product or service, current stage of development and planned target market.
Round One: Preparing for Launch
The first series of workshops focus on ensuring that the enterprise is genuinely ready to enter the market. Participants evaluate every major activity required before commercial launch and identify the practical actions needed to reduce risk and improve execution. The workshop occurs in-person and takes place from 09:00 - 13:00 daily.
Day One: Product & Service Readiness
A successful launch begins with a product that is ready for customers. Participants evaluate the technical, commercial and customer readiness of their product or service, identifying any remaining actions required before launch. The session examines customer needs, product validation, testing, quality assurance, regulatory requirements, documentation and product positioning to ensure that the offering is ready for commercial release.
Topics include:
-
Product readiness assessment
-
Customer validation and testing
-
Product positioning and value proposition
-
Quality assurance
-
Regulatory and certification requirements
-
Product documentation
-
Product launch checklist
Day Two: Market Readiness
Launching successfully requires more than attracting customers: it requires a structured commercial approach. Participants develop the practical tools needed to enter their target market, including customer segmentation, marketing, sales planning, pricing assumptions, customer acquisition and communication strategies. The emphasis is on preparing for the first customers rather than building a long-term marketing strategy.
Topics include:
-
Target customer definition
-
Market segmentation
-
Marketing planning
-
Sales process
-
Pricing assumptions
-
Customer acquisition
-

Day Three: Operational Readiness
The final workshop focuses on everything that happens once the first customer places an order. Participants review the operational capabilities required to deliver products and services consistently, including fulfilment, logistics, supplier management, customer support and operational processes. The objective is to ensure that the enterprise can deliver what its marketing promises.
Topics include:
-
Operations planning
-
Supplier readiness
-
Fulfilment processes
-
Logistics
-
Customer support
-
After-sales service

Individual Mentoring (in Person)
Each startup receives two hours of individual mentoring to review progress, refine its launch strategy and address business-specific challenges.
Independent Development (Remote)
Over the following weeks, founder teams continue developing their launch plans and implementing the practical tools introduced during the workshops.
Participants complete a series of structured assignments designed to strengthen the operational readiness of their enterprise.
Remote Review
Founder teams reconvene online to review progress, discuss challenges and receive feedback from mentors and fellow participants. Additional one-to-one mentoring sessions are available to support implementation and resolve outstanding issues.
Round Two: Managing the Launch
The second series of workshops focuses on managing the first stages of commercial operation. Participants review the financial, organisational and project management activities needed to launch confidently while preparing for future growth.
Day Four: Commercial Readiness
Commercial success depends upon more than making sales. Enterprises must understand how commercial decisions affect revenue, cash flow and long-term sustainability.
Participants review pricing, revenue generation, cash flow requirements and commercial planning, ensuring that launch activities are financially realistic and commercially viable. Topics include:
-
Pricing strategy
-
Revenue assumptions
-
Cash flow planning
-
Working capital
-
Commercial risks
-
Early performance indicators
Day Five: Organisational Readiness
Even the best product cannot succeed without the right people and organisational structure. Organisational structure

Day Six: Launch Planning & Execution

Topics include:
-
Launch timetable
-
Project planning
-
Milestones
-
Risk management

First 90-day action plan

Final Mentoring
Each startup receives a further two hours of one-to-one mentoring to review its launch plan and ensure that all critical elements of market readiness have been addressed.
Launch & Investor Presentation Day
The programme concludes with an optional presentation day. Participants present their enterprise, launch strategy and commercial roadmap to invited investors, corporate partners and business leaders.
Where founders intend to raise investment, presentations should be supported by a robust financial model. Participants who have not previously completed the Invest4Impact Finance Accelerator are encouraged to prepare a financial forecast before presenting to investors.
