Dr. Natalia Kardash to lead Invest4Impact's First International Accelerator Programme in Kazakhstan

Invest4Impact has announced the appointment of Dr. Natalia Kardash as Programme Director of its first international accelerator programme, to be delivered in partnership with the Atameken National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan.
The Invest4Impact Rapid General Accelerator will commence in September 2026 in Almaty and will support six innovative enterprises through an intensive four-month programme designed to accelerate commercial growth, strengthen organisational capability and prepare businesses for investment and long-term expansion.
Developed by Navigator Consulting, Invest4Impact represents a new generation of accelerator programmes. Unlike conventional accelerators that focus primarily on developing a Minimum Viable Product (MVP), Invest4Impact introduces the concept of the Minimum Viable Enterprise (MVE). This helps entrepreneurs build innovative products that are developed and deployed within sustainable businesses with the management systems, financial discipline, operational capability and strategic direction required for long-term success.
Throughout the programme, participating companies will receive intensive workshops, one-to-one advisory support, practical implementation guidance and access to experienced international mentors.
The curriculum covers business strategy, market validation, operational excellence, financial modelling, investment readiness, sales, communications and organisational development, enabling founders to build enterprises capable of sustainable growth rather than simply preparing investor presentations.
Dr. Natalia Kardash brings extensive international experience in entrepreneurship, communications and ecosystem development to the programme. She is an entrepreneur, publisher, communications strategist and internationally recognised business community leader with a distinguished track record of promoting entrepreneurship, investment and international cooperation.
She is the Founder of the Successful Business Leaders' Club, a private executive network connecting entrepreneurs, investors and senior decision-makers, and serves as Publisher and Editor-in-Chief of Vestnik Kipra and Successful Business magazine. Dr. Kardash is also the Founder and Chairwoman of several international business forums, including the BEST LEGAL Conference and the BEST INVEST Congress, and plays an active role in strengthening economic cooperation between Cyprus and Central Asia through her work with the Cyprus–Uzbekistan Business Association and the Cyprus–Kazakhstan Business Association.
Within Invest4Impact, Dr. Kardash leads communications, strategic partnerships and ecosystem development, working closely with entrepreneurs, universities, investors, chambers of commerce and international organisations to strengthen innovation ecosystems and create opportunities for cross-border collaboration.
"Kazakhstan has one of Central Asia's most dynamic and ambitious entrepreneurial communities," said Dr. Natalia Kardash, Programme Director of Invest4Impact Kazakhstan. "Our objective is not simply to help companies grow faster, but to help founders build stronger enterprises that can compete internationally, attract investment and create lasting economic value. By combining local partnerships with international expertise, we aim to provide entrepreneurs with practical tools, meaningful connections and long-term support that extend well beyond the accelerator itself."
Philip Ammerman, Founder of Invest4Impact and Managing Partner of Navigator Consulting & Innovation Partners Ltd., welcomed the launch of the programme and Dr. Kardash's appointment.
"Natalia has spent many years building trusted relationships across the international business community and has consistently demonstrated her commitment to entrepreneurship, collaboration and economic development. Her experience, credibility and extensive network make her uniquely qualified to lead Invest4Impact's first accelerator programme. We are delighted to be partnering with Atameken to launch this initiative in Kazakhstan, and we believe it represents the beginning of a long-term commitment to supporting innovative enterprises throughout Central Asia."
The Kazakhstan accelerator represents the first international implementation of the Invest4Impact methodology and forms part of a broader programme of cooperation with entrepreneurship organisations, universities, investment agencies and development partners across Europe, Central Asia and other regions.
Applications for the inaugural cohort will open shortly, with programme activities commencing in September 2026.
